Mihara Yasuhiro’s new pointed-toe sneakers are the perfect choice for those who struggle to decide between sneakers and pumps. The shoes were first unveiled on Mihara’s runway in June.
They have a silhouette similar to the Air Force 1, but with a pointed top. Perforations are used in the toe box, and overlays at the mudguards as well as eyestays, heels, and mudguards are accented with topstitching. While the high-cut design has ankle straps, the low-top version is more loafer-like.
Both styles feature thick shoelaces, a MMY tongue tag, and thick shoelaces. They will be available in spring 2022.
