Tammy Fisher believes that eyebrows are the window to the soul. She says that a well-groomed eyebrow instantly increases confidence. It makes you radiate your inner beauty. She also knows that it is tempting to put personal care at the bottom of our ever-growing to-do list when we feel overwhelmed.

Browtiste was created to provide brow services to corporate customers. She explains, “Because nobody can afford the time.” By 2020, Browtiste was operating in 25 corporate offices throughout New York City. Her operations were stopped immediately after beauty services and corporate offices spaces were deemed unacceptable by quarantine mandates. She says, “At that time, I really just had the to grieve the loss of my company and figure out how to go forward.” Fisher was quick to come up with an innovative solution.

Once beauty services had been re-sanctioned Fisher realized that in-home eyebrow treatments were the future. She hired seven experts in New York and New Jersey and partnered with an app to relaunch Browtiste as a mobile at-home beauty team, rather than an office perk. There’s a lot to do. She explains that she sees three to four clients per day and commutes on her bike most of the time. “But I love what my job entails.
