Coach, a luxury fashion house, has announced a collaboration with Schott NYC. The duo will release a shearling outerwear line as part of the house’s autumn 2021 collection.
The collection combines two American heritage labels and reflects the combined expertise of both brands in leather craftsmanship. The pair, both New York City-based, aimed to capture New York City’s spirit and attitude with a campaign inspired from the street style of late seventies and early eighties.
Coach x Scott NYC includes a range of oversized luxe coats and aviator Jackets as well as bags and heels in shearling styles.
Megan Thee Stallion, being a Coach ambassador, is featured in the campaign with a few of her friends including Queenie, beauty influencer, and Pardi Fontaine.
Stuart Vevers, Coach’s creative director said that the new collaboration “is a celebration authentic, iconic American fashion and the craftsmanship in New York City. It is inspired by past and current people who embody what it means for an individual to be a person and who inspire us. My vision for the house was influenced by Schott, Megan, and her friends.”
