The brand invites its customers to take advantage of its seasonal decorations in its retail stores. In major cities like New York, London and Paris, extravagant facades are being set up. Ralph’s Coffee Trikes will also start offering hot chocolate and seasonal treats. You can also get a complimentary branded car service to and from specific shops. Gift wrapping services are also available.
The company’s RL Virtual Experience is also a great way to get into the holiday spirit. The brand’s Holiday Collections, along with antique and vintage pieces, will be featured in the digital shopping experience. All of this is available online and is part of Ralph Lauren’s ongoing emphasis on the digital.
Polo Mobile Pop Up Shop will open in December and offer personalised gifts through the make-your-own program.
A new holiday collection will be featured in the campaign for both men and women. The Create-Your-Own program will offer the Custom Packable Jacket in new colours and prints.
Customers will be able customize the jacket to their liking using recycled nylon and polyester fabrics, as well as recycled down insulation.
