It is located on the south bank the River Thames and will bring new housing and businesses to the area. This follows the recent opening the Northern Line Extension. The Tube station is now only 15 minutes from the West End of London and the City thanks to the one-billion-pound upgrade.

The complex features dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Sam Cotton, head of leasing at the station said that it was “undoubtedly the most exciting year yet in relation to the transformation of Battersea Power Station.” The opening of the underground station and the arrival of the first residents to the station have made Battersea Power Station one of the most popular new neighborhoods in the world. Over 70% of the station’s retail and leisure spaces are either under contract or exchangeable. Currently, 82% of the station’s commercial space is let.

These brands join Hugo Boss, Jo Malone and MAC. The Battersea Power Station Underground Station can also be used to reach the Battersea Power Station, which includes a boxing studio and private members club called The Cinema.

Karl Wederall, Aesop Europe’s general manager, stated that the addition was “part of the revival of the Battersea Power Station”. Cesar de Vicente, Mango’s global director of retail, was similarly impressed by the “regeneration” of London’s iconic landmarks and said that they were “excited to help create a new retail experience.”
