Momofuku, the famous restaurant chain by David Chang, is launching its first ever line of noodles. The collection includes three distinct flavors and a “Noodle Lover’s Box”, which contains five packs of each flavor. It will also include Momofuku’s most popular pantry products, such as Chili Crunch, Seasoned Salts and Soy Sauce. The plant-based noodles, which are made with wheat, salt, and water, are air-dried. They contain no artificial flavorings or preservatives. Scallion Noodles are salty, sweet, and savory and can be served with poached eggs and sauteed bok choy. The Spicy Soy noodles can be enjoyed with Momofuku Chili Crunch if you love spice.
Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles are great with mushrooms and fried eggs. The $12 USD price per pack will include five servings, while the $35 USD “Noodle Lover’s Box” will cost $35. Momofuku’s first line of noodles will be available online starting August 25th.
