Swedish home label Massproductions has a new photo-ready furniture design. The brand’s original Crown Armchair has been reworked using the furry Argo fabric. It was created by Raf Simons and Kvadrat. The armchair is woven from the hairs Angora goats and has a lustrous silky finish in white and yellow. Magnus Eleback, Massproductions’ CEO, shared the following in a press release. “Gustaf came to us with an unusual request some time ago. Gustav wanted his Crown Chairs to be upholstered with a furry Raf Sins fabric. We fell in love with the final result as soon as we saw it.” Westman said, “The way I have seen the chair before is more rigid. I thought it was more fun to play around with the shape and add more vibrant fabric. It gave the chair more versatility, in my opinion. Currently, Massproductions has the Crown Easy Chair “The Furry Edition” for sale. Prices start at EUR 2,558 (approximately 3,025 USD).
