Informa Markets Fashion is a host to international fashion trade and events such as Project, Magic, and Coterie. Edwina Kulego has been appointed to the new position of Vice President of International and Business Development. She previously managed all aspects business at Liberty Fairs (a contemporary fashion and lifestyle tradeshow).

Kulego commented on her new role and expressed her delight at being able to re-join the company she started her career. She also acknowledged the importance solidarity in these uncertain times. She stated that the world has changed dramatically over the past two-years and that it is more important to strengthen and support the global community.

Kulego started as an intern at Project and has worked her way up. She draws on more than a decade worth of industry experience as she leads her team to grow the company through strategic projects and new markets. Before joining Liberty, Kulego was involved in the creation of the Informa Markets’ first International Business Development Department in 2016. She also launched Project Tokyo in 2016 and is an expert in developing omnichannel solutions in the fashion B2B market.

Kulego started her own makeup business in 2017 to further her efforts to create positive change. She also travels the world looking for meaningful partnerships in fashion. Essentials by Edwina is a cruelty-free, vegan beauty brand for women of color that aims to balance the lack diversity in the beauty industry.
