After the success of their MetroCards in 2017, New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Supreme have joined forces to redecorate L line train. Vincent Barone, a reporter for Supreme, posted on August 12: “MTA tells us these are legitimate. The L line will see one Supreme-wrapped train, which is expected to start rolling out this weekend. A MTA representative stated that this is the first time the MTA has done a complete train wrap outside the Grand Central shuttle. The L line runs between 8th Avenue in Chelsea and Rockaway Parkway, Canarsie, Brooklyn. It is covered with Supreme’s logo, and its signature red hue. This was as shown in an Instagram post by the streetwear label. Although Supreme has not yet stated the length of the branding covering the train, it is a good idea to get on the L line as soon as possible.
