Daily Paper has a new collection that focuses on Africa. Co-founder Abderrahmane Trabsini explained that the collection is called “From Africa to The World.” It is an “ode the diaspora which represents culture across borders”. The imagery of two hands grasping a globe is used as a symbol for global unity. This collection features college-inspired clothing such as varsity jackets and matching sweatshirts, as well schoolwear looks. The outerwear is a bright green color with white lettering stitched across the chest. All hoodies and T-shirts feature the graphic globe in black, dark green and white. Daily Paper’s new line “From Africa To The World” will be available worldwide on August 25, at 12 p.m. CEST (6:00 EST). The offerings are priced between $17 and $418 US), and will be available through Daily Paper’s website, flagship stores in Amsterdam and London, and select retailers around the world.
